Particle Tracker

Hi,

   I was wondering if anyone has run into any trouble using the Particle
Tracker. The program is not detecting any of my cells; specifically, it
produces random dots rather than circling the cells. I thought it was a
threshold problem because my cells are black on a white background, but
even after tweaking the threshold and subtracting the background it did not
work. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks for your time and help.

Did you try to invert your image before applying the Particle Tracker
? This should fix the black on white issue.
