Particle counting inside RoIs -Please help!

Hi All,

Is there any plugin or tool to get a plot to show how particles of particular size are scattered in an image.
For  Example: Analyze->Histogram gives pixel intensity. I need something similar that uses size of particles as one of the axes.

Hi Hemangi,

You can plot the size distribution from the "Results" window. From the "Results" window, go to Results>Distribution, you can plot the histogram from there.
