I have an application in production use that depends on the Phansalkar Auto Local Threshold method.
While tracking down another issue, I discovered that this method appears to have disappeared from the latest version of Fiji.
a) Was this intentional?
b) if not, can it be fixed, pleased?
c) if so, is there a recommended replacement (to save me the trouble of finding a suitable replacement)
d) or…is there a recommended way of extracting the old version of Auto Local Threshold and installing it under a new name? I would even be happy with *just* the Phansalkar method.
Help, please - I have a user community and several ARVO abstracts that depend on this.
