Hi,
I am analyzing several images of plant canopy hoping to find the total leaf
area. One problem I have ran into when measuring the area is that for
pictures like this Broccoli ImageJ will measure the area of the leaf plus
all of those gaps in between the intersection of two leaves.
My process is first setting a scale at 4cm, doing Image>Adjust>Threshold,
and then measure. I play around with the threshold to make the plant leaves
all red. Any advice to a better method would be greatly appreciated.
