Please remove gdb and FBC files from source releases

Carnë Draug
Hi

imagej source releases include some hidden files that are not actually
part of ImageJ.  These could be excluded by configuring the zipfile
target in ant like so:

  excludes="source/.gdb_history source/.FBCIndex source/.FBCLockFolder/**"

I did not attach the trivial patch to this email because this mailing
list is configured to reject attachments of type text/x-diff.

I have noticed this while working on the Debian imagej package which
repackages the source release, in part to remove this files.  This
change would make things simpler in Debian.

Thank you
Carnë

I added this line to the build.xml file so new source releases added to the folder at

     https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download/src/

should not contain these hidden files.
