Plot profile along a free hand line

Dear imageJ users

Is it possible to draw a line in free hand and then display a plot profile along this line?
I need to follow pixel intensities along a curled filament.

Hi Signe,

simply try it, and you will see it works. You get the Freehand line  
by right-clicking onto the Line tool (the red arrow indicates that  
there is more in this tool button).
