Plot profile- limit to threshold

I am trying to generate an intensity distribution profile across an image using Plot Profile.  Is there a way to do that and limit to threshold or in some other way eliminate the background pixels from the profile?  Thanks- Dave

Possibly you should go to Process>subtract background.

Hope this does what you intend.
