I'm trying to quantify the line profile across a number of cells to provide an average intensity value at every position across a line.
Some of the images I am quantifying were taken at different magnification. I can easily draw a 12um line across the cells since ImageJ has the image size, but 12um lines drawn on different size pictures will produce "plot profile" data with different x values.
One will have x values 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15...
The second will have x values with 0, 0.04, 0.08, 0.12,...
Is there any way I can input x values for which plot profile to generate y values? Any other fixes anyone can think of?
