Plugin for Binary Blob/Particle Analysis

I have a binary image composed of blobs/particles and am looking for an
ImageJ plugin for computing blob spatial statistics, like a histogram of
blob sizes and average nearest blob neighbor distances.   Is there an ImageJ
plugin that does this?
