Hi, I'm trying to run a macro involving the opening of a tif stack. I'm using the record macro function and it all works fine, however when I try to run the macro created I get the error message 'ImageJ: Plugin or class not found: "AVI_Reader"
(java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: AVI_Reader)'... which stops the macro from proceeding.
Can anyone suggest how to overcome this.. I've been reading in the Image J documentation that this plugin is included and to be sure I've not somehow messed up the contents of Image J i've tried downloading the most recent version, but it hasn't got me anywhere?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
