Plugins_Manual tracking

Dear Sir,

I am using ImageJ software, version 1.49J. For my research purpose
specially cell  migration (Trajectories), I need to use Manual Tracking
option But I am not getting this option in my ImageJ software and also
tried to find on internet. Somehow I am not getting this. So could you help
me in this regard. Could you please give me the link of ImageJ software
where I will get Manual Tracking option and will be able to use.

ImageJ makes use of Plugins, extensions on the functionality of the software. There are many of them see for example http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html, http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:start and http://fiji.sc/Category:Plugins

The plugin you want to download and install into the plugin directory of ImageJ can be found at: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/track/track.html
