Point Tool and Cell Counter marks width...

Tiago Ferreira
Hi,

Is there any easy way to change the default diameter of the point tool?
I mean, I know it is possible to change the size of the drawn point but
that is invasive. What I am wondering is:
Is it possible to match the mark width with its displayed non-destructive
overlay?
This would be useful for both the point tool and the cell counter plugin..

I'm doing synaptic countings in Large EM pictures and such a feature would
be helpful, as it would significantly increase the mark's visibility..

Thanks,

T.

Hi Tiago,

if you double-click the point tool you can set the "Mark Width" in
pixels. A value >0 adds a white cross-hair that makes the dot better
visible - but only in dark areas of the image.

The size of the central square is hardcoded in PointRoi.java, it
cannot be modified.
