Polynomial shading correction plugin

Hi,

There is a new shading correction plugin on the OptiNav site. It does not require a background image and may be simpler to use than the one on Noël Bonnet's page. I have not tried it for the intended microscope application yet.  Applying it to a couple of regular photographs with shadow challenges, it seems to fill in the shadows a little like Photoshop's Flash Fill.   www.optinav.com/Polynomial_Shading_Corrector.htm
