Port Macros from Scion to Imagej

Hello all,

I recently received a set of macros written for scion image that I would
like to use for imagej because I do most of my work in Ubuntu. Does any one
know of any good instructions to help me port these macros to imagej from
scion? I am not really sure where to start with this and I thought this
might a good place to ask for help.
