I think there is a bug in the way ROI coordinates are displayed in the in
the ROI manager window. The documentation says that ROI coordinates are
displayed as xxx-yyy. But when I define an ROI as follows, I get yyy-xxx
in the window. That is when I do the following:
Edit/Selection/Specify using these entries in the dialog box
x=50 y=100 Width=30 Height=30 followed by Edit/Selection/Add to
Manager I get 0115-0065 in the window. This also happens when I
use Analyze/Tools/ROI Manager/More/Specify.
Is this a bug, or am I misreading the documentation?
