Hi!
I have a problem using the highly recomendable 'MultiStackReg' plugin
(by Brad Busse). It seems that the alignment procedure somehow changes
the intensities of pixels. In general the newly generated, aligned
stack appears to be brighter.
The changes are very small and probably negligible. But i would like
to understand what's going on and why this happens. Unfortuantely i
have no idea about Java programming. But maybe somebody has experience
with this plugin or has any other idea what's going on.
Any help or comment is appreciated!
