Problem in using Image as Parameter in Applet for DICOM Images

Hi,
 
i have tried the image u have given, it also not loaded completely from my application, but it is opening from the link u have provided. Have one doubt do i need to add any plugins for loading DICOM Images or latest signedij.jar is enough.
 
if i need to add plugins wht is the procedure to add
