Problem opening .lsm images on mac OSX

Hello All,
We are having problem opening .lsm (from leica confocal microscope) on a
Mac OSx system with imageJ. It gives weird things on the images.
We updated ImageJ and the same problem is encountered.
The same images are opened correctly on a PC but then cannot be
converted to tiff by using the process>batch function.
Any suggestions ?

Hi Eric,

Did you try opening your LSM files using the Bio-Formats Importer plugin?
    http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/imagej

Bio-Formats comes bundled with the Fiji distribution of ImageJ:
    http://fiji.sc/

If you still have trouble, and are willing to send a sample file using
Fiji's "Upload Sample Image" command, we can investigate further.
