Problem with image sequence load

Louis Markoya
I am trying to use Fiji to load a sequence of .png files generated in Mandelbulb 3D.
The program does not recognize the files and they appear light grey always...but if you select the first file the load starts.
Major problem is that is only loads about half the files and sees all of them in the wrong resolution.
The files are simple black or white pixels in a 400x400 array....but have no clue what is happening
Any help appreciated...need to generate objects from the files

Hi Louis,

I'm assuming you're using "File > Import > Image Sequence..." ? If so,
make sure all the options under "Edit > Options > ImageJ2" are disabled.

If they already were disabled or that doesn't change anything, you could
try the Bio-Formats importer explicitly ("File > Import > Bio-Formats").
After selecting a file to import you will be presented with a dialog of
options. Enabling "Group files with similar names" will allow you open the
image sequence.

If these options don't help, I'd recommend reading through the bug
reporting pages <http://imagej.net/Category:Bug_Reporting> on the ImageJ
wiki and submitting an issue through the Fiji bug reporter. If we have the
technical information and sample data to reproduce this issue it will be
much easier for to figure out what's going wrong here.

Regards,
Mark
