Problems with 3D viewer

ERIC
Hi All,
I try to use the Fiji/3D viewer but I got some problems :
With the current release from  http://3dviewer.neurofly.de/:
I can't change the slice in orthoslice view.
The Reset view function in not working
I can't fill a selection to remove part of the image : the function
doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Any ideas to get it to work correctly ????

Thanks

Eric

Re: Problems with 3D viewer

Thomas Boudier
Hi Eric,

Everything is fine on my version, I think I downloaded it from same
website. Some remarks tough :

* try with fiji, version of 3D viewer should be more up-to-date
* in orthoslice mode, edit/adjust ortho slices
* edit/fill selection, works only in volume mode.

Hope this helps,

Best,

Thomas

Re: Problems with 3D viewer

ERIC
Hi Thomas,
The problem is that there is no function Fill in the Edit tag of 3D
viewer version of the Fiji  I am currently using (see enclosed picture).
I am using Fiji with ImageJ 1.49g with 32bits Windows7

Hi,

In the Fiji version, some functions are available in the context menu
after selecting a volume (right-click), you will find fill selection.

Best,

Thomas
