Hello,
I'm trying to run the Analyze particles plugin, redirecting it to a
second image and want to measure the mean, the ST DEV as well as the
area (all clicked) within a stack. However, in the summary table, only
the mean values are listed and none of the other options I chose in the
"set measurements" window.
I tried to reinstall ImageJ, however that did not resolve the issue.
