Profile plot of an irregular curve

Hi List,

I have, for want of a better word, some bananna shape ROI's. I want to examine a line profile plot of the center point of the ROIs. Is it possible to get imageJ to draw the line itself?

I know I can draw boxes etc using makeRectangle, but is there a similar command for a freehand line, and can I apply it to an irregular curve?

Any help would be appreciated
