Dear all,
Here is what I want to do: I have a line ROI (not straight, either
segmented or spline curve). I'd like to regularly sample the intensity
profile along this ROI, perpendicular to the line. For example, generate 10
transverse profiles (let's say 2 µm long, 1 µm on each side of the line)
every µm along a 10 µm curvilinear ROI.
What would be the easiest way to proceed (in a Javascript, so tapping
directly in the ImageJ API)? I'm thinking straighten along the curve with a
2 µm width, and then take regular profiles along the Y axis in the
straightened image, but I'd rather operate directly on the source image.
