I have a question for redirect to function. Does this work only for Particle analysis?
I tried to use one image to set a threshold and create a mask, and then use this mask to redirect to another image. No matter what I tried, the quantification seems to be on the whole image.
Then I read the online manual and it said that " This feature allows you to outline a structure on one image and measure the intensity of the corresponding region in another image." How do I outline a structure without using particle analysis.
Currently I have to use following alternative to achieve this. After set a threshold in a mask image, I created selection, and then restore selection in my target image and quantify. But I wonder if there is a better way.
