Dear Gilad,
I am not sure what you try to do, but I assume you want to measure the intensity of your beads?
You might want to have a look at the DotBlotAnalyzer ToolSet. You can download it from
http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/macros/toolsets/ and save it in the subdirectory macros/toolsets. More info can be found at
http://image.bio.methods.free.fr/dotblot.html. By using the double arrow icon at the right of the ImageJ Tool Bar you can chose the toolset to load. You probably have to analyse the plate in two separate analyses as the macro assumes all columns to start at the same height.

Subject: Question on finding ROI
Hello all,
I am a beginning user of imageJ API (and beginner image processor) and I have a question about something that I am sure should be straightforward to
do:
I have the attached image and I need to find the x,y position of the fiduciary mark in the top-left corner of the bead matrix in the image.
Ultimately I need to find the x,y positions of all beads in the matrix but I assume once I find the corner mark at the top left I can calculate the rest.
Is there a straightforward way to use imageJ API in a java utility to ascertain the position of the fiducial mark?
Thanks!
Gilad
