Please I am a PhD student. I have 2 questions.
1. I have immunohistochemistry tissue slides in which some cells are stained in the range of 25% to 80%.
I want to count the total number of cells and percentage of the stained cells.
How can I do this using ImageJ?
2. How can measure the intensity of the staining of the cells?
