Hi
I am with problems to demonstrate the TIMPs from my samples collected of the
rat periodontal ligament. I am using a 10 and 15% acrilamide gel with 15ul
of MMP-2 and 500ng of Timp-1 recombinant to standard but none of them are
visible in my gel, including the recombinant Timp-1.
Who can help me please. I will be very grateful for each help.
