Is there anyway to get the data out of the plot ?

Dear Richard,
The macro function "Plot.showValues()" https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/developer/macro/functions.html#Plot.showValues will "display the plot values in the Results window using simple "X , Y, X1, Y1, .." column headings. Must be preceded by Plot.show." and from there you can then play with the data of the Results window. Dear Richard,
The macro RGB Profiles Tool (https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/macros/tools/RGBProfilesTool.txt) referred to on the RGB profiler website allows you to extract data from the graph. Best wishes Kees Dr Ir K.R.
