RIF file format

Ash Dunne
Hello ImageJ gang,

I was hoping someone could tell me whether ImageJ is currently able to handle .rif files? Data generated from a piece of kit we're going to trial is also going to generate image data in .rif format and I'm trying to find out in advance if ImageJ will handle this.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Ash

I'm not familiar with RIF but a google  of RIF ImageJ looks promising.

Can you not just get hold of some of these RIF files and try it out?

Hi Ash,

If you would be willing to send a couple of example .rif files,
Bio-Formats (http://www.loci.wisc.edu/software/bio-formats) could be
certainly be updated to support them.

-Melissa
