ROI Manager

Hi,
        I have a job where I need to specify two rectangular ROIs. Then I need to apply each of the two ROIs, one at a time to the first slice in a stack and make some measurements in each ROI. Then I need to select the next slice in the stack and apply the same two ROIs, one at a time to the current stack slice and repeat the same measurements in each ROI. I need to repeat this process for all the slices in the stack. I thought that this would be a job for the ROI manager. But, the ROIs in the ROI Manager are locked to the first slice in the stack.
        Suggestions?

Thanks, Phil

Hi,

you might process your stack as an image sequence and run your macro
in batch mode...not elegant but it should work.

Fabrice.

Hi Phil,

I think ROI Manager--> More --> "Remove Slice Info"  or if you call it from
a macro roiManager("Remove Slice Info");
should solve your Problem. Just call it after you defined your ROIs and you
can measure them in every Slice you want to.

Best
Winfried
