Hi,
let me start by saying that i am new to imagej so i am both overwhelmed by
the functionality and at the same time missing some...
Anyway, my idea is this:
I have a stack of time lapse images with some cells which move a bit from
time to time.
So i can't just set my ROIs and measure the whole stack and rather have
specific ROIs for each slice.
I thought of drawing a number of initial ROIs on the first slice, then copy
them to the next slice (while keeping those specific for the first slice)
and adjust them as needed.
Then take the (modified) lot and copy them to the next slice and go on to do
this until i am through the whole stack.
Obviously, all of the ROIs corresponding to a certain cell need some form of label so cells cant be confused...
In the end i want to apply some measurement procedure to all of them.
How do i go about this?
Is there something like a ROI handle in the macro language?
Or can the ROI manager update a ROI automatically?
If you could point me to a tutorial or comprehensive list of scripting
commands, then i'd be delighted :)
thank you and regards,
Markus Nenniger
