ROI in DICOM files imageJ

Ana Margarida Mota
Hello,

I was trying to make a study between several DICOM images. I need to open
the same ROI in all of them.

I save as XY coordinates, but then when I try to open this file (import as
XY coordinates) nothing happens.

I already did this procedure with raw data and it worked..any help??

Thank you in advance!

Regards,
Ana Mota

Re: ROI in DICOM files imageJ

Hi Ana,

to save a roi, use File>Save As>Selection. This creates a .roi file, which can be opened or read by the Roi Manager.
