Hello,
I noticed that after a recent change in ImageJ, ROIs on hyperstacks now work differently:
• Fixed a 1.48 regression that caused the ROI Manager to not correctly associate hyperstack ROIs to CZT positions.
I work with hyperstacks that have multiple frames and channels, but found it useful for the channel data to be ignored by ROIs, which meant I could collect data on the same particle in different channels. The "remove slice info" function in the ROI manager *almost* solves this problem for me after the aforementioned was fixed, but it also removes info on which frame the ROIs belong to.
Is there a way to flatten only the channel info of items in the ROI list?
Cheers,
Simon
