Hi everyone!
I am currently working on some stuff that evolves around ROIs and thus
the RoiManager. The basic idea is, to generate multiple ROIs from a
stack with only one channel. There seems to be no problem to attach the
slice information to the generated ROIs.
However, if I open a version of the original image with three channels
and select one of the original ROIs, the slice information seems to be
off. Say, I select an ROI of slice 4 of the original image, this will be
mapped to the first channel of the second slice (1 slice * 3 channels +
1 slice * 1 channel = 4) of the multi-channel image.
Is this desired behavior or wouldn't it make more sense to map slices to
slices and exclude channels from the computation?
Kind regards,
Stefan
