ROI with different treshold colors

Dear all,

I am trying to analyze different grey values in a ROI of an image, after analyzing I would like to have the different colors (3)presented in the image as an overlay but only in the ROI, not over the whole image.
Can someone help me with that ?
I have tried it by the present threshold functions (under/over and red) but this is not satisfying and also it still is visible over the whole image not only in the ROI.
