Hi Wei Ju,
in case you don't need the center and you can live with a shape that is
not closed, you can create a splined segmented line (select 'Segmented
Line' with right-click on the line tool, then double click for options).
Then use Edit>Selection>Straighten to convert to a rectangular image.
You can get a profile with 'Select all' and 'Plot Profile' (Alt-key for
a vertical profile, corresponding to a radial profile of the original).
For the 'radial' direction, 'Straighten' is based on the direction
perpendicular to the line. So, if you don't have a circle it is somewhat
different to a radial profile, which would use the direction to a fixed
center.
Unfortunately, 'Straighten' currently does not work with closed lines
(splined polygons).
