RandomSampleAndMeasure within an ROI?

Hi guys and gals,

        I am wondering if a plug-in exists that will randomly draw
and measure regions WITHIN AN ROI of an image in imageJ.
It would be exactly like the RandomSampleAndMeasure macro,
except I could do it within a region of my choosing.
