Hi there,
New to ImageJ-
I'd like to make an image of a ratio of two channels over time. We're looking at FRET loss in cells- specifically the ratio of YFP:CYP through time. I am able to calculate the change in FRET, but I need to create a representative picture of the data.
So far, I have the two channels up- red and green- but I am stuck at how to select the cells in the image to separate them from the background- in order to subtract for the background.
I also downloaded the "ratio plus" plugin but it doesn't give me a a changing picture. I think it is because the background is not subtracted.
If anyone could help me out, I will be very appreciative.
