Hi all,
Does anyone know of a tool to determine the ratio of surface area from
inside to outside? I'm currently creating a macro, where a section of
allocortex is traced out of a brain slice image and I need help in
determining the tool to use that will measure allocortex to neocortex
(ratio of cortex inside the lines to cortex outside the lines). I've tried
measure and multi-measure, but to no avail.
