Subject:      'Analyze Particles' Problem

Hello,
I'm attempting to use the Analyze Particles feature to get a list of X/Y
coords for use in Ripley's K analysis.
I have an 800x800 pixel image (8 bit) with two clusters of 6nm gold.
     Threshold is adjusted
Analyze 'Set Measurements' is ticked for 'Center of Mass' to 8 decimal
places
Analyze Particles (size 3-infinity, display results ticked)
Comes up with "Analyze Particles....0.406 secs, 1.6 million pixels/second"
But does not display any results whatsoever
Any help greatly appreciated on this.
Martyn

Just as guess, but is the image calibrated to cm? Your particles would be smaller than that, and yield no results. Try to set the scale to pixels or even nm via the Image\properties or Analyze\set scale routines.
Also, Analyze Particles requires thresholding or a binary image.
