Hi Dimiter,

Might be sensible to add the Bruker format to
bio-formats:
http://www.loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats.html
which is used in Fiji already and is a imageJ plugin for reading (and  
writing) biological image data formats

thats the right place to put your effort,
so it so easily useable by the community.
