Re: Fiji Wiki

Hi Kees,

I hope you do not mind that I Cc: the list; I think that your question and
my answer is of public interest, especially now that the Fiji wiki became
the ImageJ/Fiji wiki (the only difference between, say,
http://fiji.sc/Category:Plugins and http://imagej.net/Category:Plugins is
the skin, the content is exactly the same).

Great! Fiji and ImageJ really live through contributions, therefore your
contributions are greatly appreciated!

Ah, those pages (http://fiji.sc/Category:Plugins and
http://fiji.sc/Category:Segmentation) are overview pages of categories.
What you edit when you hit "Edit source" on category pages is not which
pages are listed below, but an optional text above.

To add pages to a category page, just add '[[Category:Segmentation]]' (or
whatever category you want to add the page to) to the text of the page you
want to add. In you case, that would be the Balloon page itself.

This is a quirk we inherited from Wikipedia by virtue of using their wiki
engine...

Thank you!
Johannes
