I just tried that, and I get an error message saying.. Problem reading the settings: Cannot read image file: C:\Users\sho\Desktop\Total. The source image is not loaded; cannot instantiates spot analyzers. I've opend the .xml file, and it does have lines about analyzing a specific image. I've tried changing it to the channel I want to analyze, but it still gives me the same error. After the trackmate analysis of my first channel and you have an option in Trackmate to save everything as .xml file. Then I closed trackmate, opened my second channel and reloaded the xml file ( Plugins>> Tracking>>Load Trackmate file) from the first channel and ran the analysis again. Then the same settings i used for the first channel is then used for analyzing the tracks from the second channel. Hope this helps, Praveen ________________________________ Visit Topic<http://forum.imagej.net/t/trackmate-getting-data-from-non-tracking-channel/3728/2> to respond.
