Hi Albert: I saw this project, It is just a brigde from Fiji to Numpy, I donot know if it supports write plugin in pure python, If it supports, It is a smart work! ImagePy is a pure Python Framework, I know ImagePy has many bug!!! And I cannot implements all the plugins under ImageJ myself now, But most of them is esay to do by scikit-image and opencv. What more, ImageJ is a ripe environment, I also recommend! But now the science power is in Matlab and Python, We can import the recent machine learning algrism in python. And Python is a more friendly language for scientist !

My english is not very good) I know ImageJ is very classical, and ImagePy is just a naive project, But I think It is a good project, and if anyone want to have a try, I will do my best to serve. if needed, I could build a installer(for install python and extention library is troublling) By the way, Is there any Python image porcessing developer intrested in ImagePy?
