Does anyone have suggestions to reduce the number of trajectories? I've processed the images so that the images consist of black objects on a white background but the tracker is still producing far too many trajectories, particularly interpolations. Any help would be appreciated

I would really appreciate any help with reducing the number of trajectories produced by the mosiac tracking plug-in for imageJ. Has anyone worked with this plug-in?
