Dimiter Prodanov
>Hi David,

I was just browsing in the list when I got your postings.
I can help in nearest neighbour analysis.
Check a recent publication in Journal of Neuroscience Methods
under my name. I have developed a dosen of scripts
in Matlab for spatial analysis.

best regards

Java error

Przemko
Hi!
I am trying to use the latest ImageJ (ver 1.38b) and I get an error
message that it will not work since I need java 1.4.1 or higher
installed. The thing is I have java 1.5.0. Could anyone help me out with
this?

Antwort: Java error

Joachim Wesner
Hi Przemko,

this might happen if you installed a prepackaged ImageJ before and later
only update the IJ.jar file.
That one does AFAIK use it´s own Java JRE, which is probably still 1.3.x,
not the Java you might have
installed in other places of your system.

In that case you need to get a newer package from
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/download.html

Just a thought!
