You might be able to open your files using the Bio-Formats plugin for ImageJ:

To open Canon .CR2 RAW files on Mac OS X:

1. Download http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/dcraw/dcraw-osx.zip
2. Extract the dcraw folder and copy it to the ImageJ/plugins folder
(on my Mac, this folder is automatically extracted)
3. Restart ImageJ
4. Use the Plugins>Input-Output/DCRaw Reader command to open .CR2 files

The dcraw folder contains two files:

  ij-dcraw_.jar - The DCRaw plugin
dcraw - The native code library for OS X/Intel

Hi Wayne,

I followed your instruction on how to install the DCRaw plug-in in Fiji. It
successfully installed, but when I try to open a CR2 file, an error message
pops up that says "IO Error executing system command: ʻ-vʻ. Could you please
advise?
