You probably refer to all the entries in the Lut menu, correct?
I can easily enhance it to use a small Javascript snippet to clone the
Image>Lookup Tables menu.

I am afraid that you will have to explain how the Zeiss LSM Browser does
it. I am unfamiliar with most closed-source software.
