I am not a lawyer, but the philosophy of ImageJ is permissively open
source. So I highly doubt you will run into legal trouble if you reproduce
the logo for the purposes of indicating ImageJ integration or
interoperability.

I believe the current ImageJ1 and ImageJ2 logos are sufficient complex that
they qualify for copyright protection. But of course, it would ultimately
be up to a court to uphold. Regardless, the license of ImageJ2 is BSD-2 (
http://imagej.net/Licensing), and that includes art assets as well as the
code itself.

That said, one important thing legally is to avoid implying that the ImageJ
authors or community endorse or certify your product in any way.
