Hi Arvydas,
since your question was really a user question, I redirect my answer to
the ImageJ mailing list.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way as of now for downgrading. And my
suggestion stands: if you have a deadline coming up, you really, really,
really should not change your system, in particular when it works well
enough for you to do the job. If you *must* update, why not download a
fresh copy first and try it? Fiji is a portable application, after all.
However, your horse is out of your barn, and since I need to take off a
day (I work such insane hours that even my boss says I should take it
easy), I cannot really do anything about it.
Other than pointing you at previous versions of the continuous releases of
Fiji, that is:
http://jenkins.imagej.net/view/Failing/job/Stable-Fiji/Here, you can find the continuous releases of Fiji (updated whenever
something new hits the ImageJ or Fiji update site) for the past month.
Ciao,
Johannes
